Checks and verification
Criminal Checks (State/County)
Includes both misdemeanor and felony records which a court has available for public information. Courts to be searched are in counties where the applicant has been employed or has resided as an adult. We do not use a private database to obtain criminal records information.
Consumer Credit Checks
The applicant's personal financial history with their creditors will be provided through a major credit reporting agency. The credit report will also include public information records such as bankruptcy and tax liens. Information listed on the report may be used in conjunction with other services.
Social Security Verification
Verifies the identity of the person using the Social Security Number provided on your employment application. Information listed on our reports includes the name(s) of person(s) using the Social Security Number, as well as, current and former address(s)
Education Verification
Verifies the highest level of education attained. If high school is the highest level of education, a diploma will be verified. Dates of attendance, major(s) and type of degree(s) awarded are included in the report. In the case of multiple college/university degrees, all degrees will be verified.
Employee Verification
Includes contacting all former employers listed on the (prospective employee's) job application. Exceptions would be former employers that have gone out-of-business or any employers residing outside the Unites States of America. Additionally, any employers found through other sources will be contacted. Questions asked to verify former employment include: Dates, Job Title(s), Reason for Termination, and Applicants rehire status.
DMV Reports
All 50 States. Reports are obtained directly from the State from which the license was issued. Most State Department of Motor Vehicles will provide a driving history of 3 years for minor citations and accidents, and 5 years for major accidents.
Reference Checks
Two references will be interviewed. The references should be former employees or supervisors who have worked directly with the applicant.

Provides you with details from Civil Suit Action Reports which could exist on your applicant as either plaintiff or a defendant
